Bilgi McKenzie,RN
Bilgi is a registered nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a diverse clinical background spanning international and U.S. healthcare settings. She began her nursing career in Turkey and has since gained extensive hands-on experience in high-acuity environments, including:
Intensive Care Unit (1 year)
Emergency Room (6 months)
Surgical Oncology bedside care (5 years).
Medical Aesthetics (5 years)
Her clinical experience has shaped a strong foundation in patient safety, precision, and critical thinking. In 2023, Bilgi established BBEAUTY Aesthetics in Indianapolis, where she now focuses on aesthetic medicine, providing personalized treatments designed to enhance natural beauty while maintaining the highest standards of care.

With over 25 years of medical expertise, Dr. Karen Reid-Renner brings a distinguished background in Family Medicine, wellness, and patient-centered care to BEAUTY AESTHETICS. She earned her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Harvard University.
Dr. Reid-Renner is committed to elevating aesthetic medicine through safety, precision, and natural-looking results. Meghan Herrington, PA-C
Meghan Herrington, PA-C, is a highly experienced and board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of clinical expertise in both medical and aesthetic care. She brings a strong foundation in patient safety, precision, and advanced clinical decision-making to every consultation and treatment.
Meghan has spent more than 10 years practicing in trauma and orthopedic surgery at OrthoIndy, where she has managed complex patient care, performed procedures, assisted in surgery, and led independent post-operative clinics. Her extensive background in high-acuity environments has shaped her meticulous approach and commitment to delivering safe, effective, and individualized care.
In addition to her medical career, Meghan has advanced her training in aesthetic medicine through National Laser Institute and specialized programs in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She is certified in a wide range of treatments including laser therapies, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and injectables, allowing her to offer a comprehensive, modern aesthetic approach.
